The only times I was anything less than impressed with the CGI was a couple of the cars, and the final splashdown (which is always hard to model, and they seem to have made do with a texture-fade thing). The matted torn-away-face on the android was a bit wobbly too.
Oh, and I never got the feeling that they were on a snow-driven mountain - but that was down to the sound quality and clearly toasty-warm actors rather than the CGI. ;)
