Heh. Kinda figures. The housing estate on the other side of the park from us demonstrates a similar effect, though probably for far more mundane reasons.
Interestingly, Molesworth is marked on the map as a "disused airfield". If you try and search for it from the aerial-photos page, it says there aren't any for the area. But if you find the normal map page for the village and turn the aerial photos on . . .
