I was happy to hear today that the replica longship Cal and I saw being built last year in Roskilde was launched and named on Saturday by the Queen of Denmark.

[...and somewhat bemused to find the Beeb filing the story under "Northern Ireland" - the original thousand-year-old ship does have a celtic connection, but it was built near Dublin, which was ever-so-slightly south of the border the last time I looked]

A quick google reveals some rather better pictures than the beeb's here (more of the ship on the later pages, too)
