It is the regular experience of anyone using the London Underground, as we have to deal with people who clearly cannot get their heads around such concepts as "allow passengers off the train first" and "move right down inside the car".
I managed to knock one of them on the head this morning, as they stopped just inside the doorway, and I moved pas to get to the open space. I had no sympathy.
