Catch-up Reviews: Cowboy Feng, Wee Free Men, Donnie Darko

A bunch of quick (OK, ludicrously short) reviews to catch up.

Cowboy Feng's Space Bar and Grill, Steven Brust

Someone keeps nuking Cowboy Feng's. The regulars are not amused and set out to find out what's going on. It's a rather oddball book, but fun.

The Wee Free Men, Terry Pratchett

Junior-witch-HOWTO, as Pratchett tells of a girl trying to rescue her younger brother from the queen of the fairies, with the help of the Nac Mac Feegle. Pretty typical Pterry-for-kids (which is a Good Thing)

Donnie Darko

Dark, disturbing, subversive and outright wierd at several points; also rather good. I reckon it's Pleasantville's evil twin.
