I got the job...
As those who can see my friends-only entries will know, I applied for an internal vacancy a few weeks back. I found out today that I got the job. So, in a few weeks' time, I'll be doing Internet stuff professionally again.
In some ways, particularly corporate structure, this is much the same job I left 18 months ago, but the actual work involved has changed a lot. The in-house language that used to take all my time is now only about 40% of the work, the remainder now being HTML, JSP and Java. I'm looking forward to it...
