Oh yes. What you need is a photocopier that jams on every twelth copy, crumps the paper every fifteenth, and takes two sheets every sixth. No time for boredom then...
hehe. Yeah, I've been there. Actually, due to changes in production techniques, this year was the most boring yet - it was all digital, so I literally hit the print button, selected how many copies, and hit "OK". All we had to do after that was split the resulting ream of paper into individual fanzines, and fold.
Half your luck then. I've just finished running off 45 copies of a twelve page zine with an ink-jet printer that didn't like the paper and a photocopier fast running out of toner. We were not a happy troika.
